How many packs do I buy?

  • Just adding thickness? 1 pack will be ideal.

  • Want to add length and thickness? 2 packs would be perfect.

  • Need a full head application? 3 packs will work for you. 

  • Want an extra, full head application? Go for 4 packs and return any that aren't needed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:

• Domestic: 3-7 business days.

What is the aftercare for new extensions?

To maintain the premium quality of your hair extensions, please follow this step by step guide:

  • Use our Sulphate-Free Shampoo, Conditioner, Oil and heat spray.

  • Always apply heat protection before styling, whether your hair is wet or dry.

  • Use a lightweight, clear based nourishing hair oil every day.

  • Protect hair on sunbeds, use a scarf, cap, or specially designed hair wrap to shield your hair.

  • If you plan to swim, ensure your hair is tied up and avoid direct contact with chlorinated water.

Can I return my items?

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
