How many packs do I buy?

  • The number of packs required will vary from person to person, as everyone's hair is unique and individual. We would always recommend booking a consultation with your stylist, who will be able to assess your hair and advise on the most suitable amount of hair needed to achieve your desired result.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (not including Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day for next day delivery.

What is the aftercare for new extensions?

To help maintain the premium quality of your hair extensions, we provide a full aftercare bundle designed to support the longevity and condition of your hair.

Please follow the guidance below:

  • Use our sulphate-free shampoo, conditioner, nourishing oil, hair mask and heat protection spray as part of your regular routine.
  • Always apply our heat protection product before styling, whether the hair is wet or dry.
  • Use our lightweight, clear-based nourishing oil daily to keep the hair hydrated and soft.
  • Avoid exposure to sunbeds, as excessive heat can cause dryness and damage to the extensions. If unavoidable, always protect the hair with a scarf, cap, or protective wrap.
  • When swimming, ensure the hair is tied up securely and avoid direct contact with chlorinated water and sun cream, as this can affect the quality and longevity of the extensions.

Following these steps will help keep your extensions looking their best for longer.

Can I return my items?

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
